Patient and Family Advisory Council

Skagit Regional Health invites you to help us improve the patient experience by becoming a member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC). The Council strengthens communication and collaboration among patients, families, caregivers and staff by promoting patient and family advocacy and involvement. Your experience can help direct the future of healthcare in our community.
Role of the Advisor
As an Advisor, you will represent the voice of the patients and families in our community. The Advisor will attend monthly meetings, be involved in group projects, and provide information and recommendations on topics such as: service excellence, patient safety, provider/staff communication, patient and family education, and patient/family satisfaction and loyalty.
Membership requires a minimum of a one-year commitment and attendance at monthly Council meetings.
