Families and friends are an important component of a patient's healing process. Please talk with your loved one/friend and our nursing staff to determine the most appropriate visiting times.
Suggested visiting hours are from 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. for the following patient care areas:
- Orthopedic and Surgical Care
- Progressive and Critical Care
- Medical and Pediatric Care
- Family Birth Center (24 hours for family members)
- Care Center - 5 to 8:30 p.m.
- Critical Care Unit (CCU) - *See Nurse
*Determined individually by the patient's condition. Please telephone the nurse at the entrance of CCU each time you enter. We suggest a limit of two visitors at a time per patient.
Entry to the the hospital after 6 p.m. is through the Emergency Department doors on 13th Street.
Overnight visitors are welcome under special circumstances with adult patients. Parents of pediatric patients are encouraged to stay with young children. Information about other overnight accommodations is available by request in the main lobby at Skagit Valley Hospital.
