Skagit Valley Hospital offers free high speed, wireless Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the facility.
We hope visitors will enjoy the beautiful art throughout our facilities, both in the public and patient care areas. Art is a key element of both design and healing at Skagit Regional Health. The Skagit Valley Hospital leadership and the Skagit Valley Hospital Foundation’s passionate advocacy for a fine art program allows for continuation of procuring and purchasing fine art. Art creates a welcoming environment for guests, supports patient healing and recovery and fosters positive working conditions for staff.

Visitors in our Surgical Services area
Skagit Valley Hospital uses the Patient Tracking system, an interactive tool that tracks the status and location of surgical patients throughout the process, from registration to discharge. Patients are assigned a confidential code, which is provided to a family member. A large flat screen is located in the Surgical Services waiting area on the second floor of the hospital. The screen displays the patient codes and identifies at which stage each patient is in the process. An additional monitor for staff and physician use is available in the staff corridor and the information can be called up on computers within the department, to aid in patient flow.
