The pediatric and medical unit is a family centered nursing unit providing age appropriate care for children one month old thru their teens. Parents play an important part in their child’s treatment. All pediatric patient rooms are private and have space for one parent to stay overnight at their child’s bedside. Each room has private bathroom and shower available for patients and their parents. Video games, laptop computers and other activities are available from the nursing staff to help make a child’s hospital stay more comfortable.
