Lance Ho, MD, is an orthopaedic surgeon with Skagit Regional Clinics - Mount Vernon. He practices general orthopaedics, caring for musculoskeletal disorders and acute or chronic injuries involving the upper and lower extremities for all ages. Dr. Ho offers sports medicine services including arthroscopic surgeries, joint replacements for the knee and ankle and trauma. He subspecializes in the foot and ankle.

Dr. Ho was first trained as a physical therapist, graduating from Tennessee State University in Nashville. He also spent six years in the Army National Guard and is trained as an air medic. He worked as a physical therapist for five years before deciding to take on a new challenge by going to medical school. He graduated from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta and completed an orthopedic internship and residency at Los Angeles County, University of Southern California Medical Center.
 
His hobbies include golf, fishing, and bicycling when he is not chasing around his small children, ages 2 and 5.  Dr. Ho emphasizes that he tries to keep a balance between his professional duties, hobbies and obligations to his family. Other interests include travel to foreign and exotic places, landscaping and reading ( including bedtime stories to his children).
