We will explore what foods are considered whole grains and how to include them in our daily routine. Eating whole grains reduces your risk of chronic disease, adds essential vitamins and minerals, and helps us feel more satisfied after a meal. • Hearty Cinnamon Amaranth hot cereal • Quinoa salad with sundried tomato, kale and beans (edible perspective) • Polenta pizza
